As we strive to be reasonable in our pricing and our policies, we also expect our customers to be reasonable as well. - We primarily use USPS as our main shipment.
- All orders will be weighted and determined for the cost base on USPS shipping calculation
- Customer will choose the way the merchandises to be delivery whether regular 3 to 5 days or overnight
- We suggest customers to purchase insurance to cover for the items
- Remember that all of our items are historical defined as very expensive items
- We will keep track of all record of shipping for merchandises
- Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business day.
- If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
- All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
- All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
- Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
- Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us ay 856-939-0400.
- Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
- All Canada orders must be placed via phone.
- Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
- German Reich Military Treasure reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
German Reich Military Treasure is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS,USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and German Reich Military Treasures that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. German Reich Military Treasure has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, German Reich Military Treasure will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- We will not accept returns because - "I thought it was something different," or "I wanted it to be something else," or "I changed my mind," etc., etc. Be reasonable; help us help you. Ask questions before you purchase.
- We will not accept returns because you did not make yourself available for delivery or did not make secondary arrangements with the carrier. Adult signature is required on many of our items.
- We provide no warranty because our items are antiqued or historical items; this applies to all products. We will assist as much as we can and remember that our items are historical or antique items, but only as a temporary volunteer liaison.
Not As Described Returns:
All Not As Described items can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
- Our merchandises are defined as historical items therefore merchandises are sold as is
- Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
- Please contact our offices at 856-939-0400 for your return.
- Items must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify in any way.
- Original merchandise box if any and items must not be defaced or altered in any way.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition with all included accessories, labels. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
- Contact our offices within 30 Days at 856-939-0400 for a return.
- All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.
- If merchandise returned as not described descriptions proves to be DETAILS DESCRIBED a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item.
- Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to German Reich Military Treasures in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the returned items.

* Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. German Reich Military Treasures is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.
Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.

Canada, and other countries returns may require duty fees or brokerage fees depending on the carrier of choice. German Reich Military Treasures assumes no responsibility for duty or brokerage fees for any shipments both outbound or return shipments. Canadian customers are responsible for all duty, customs and brokerage fees.
